Vitop offers a special gland for aseptic Bag-in-Box® filling machines

The standard Vitop gland is suitable for a wide range of applications but it is not suitable for use on “aseptic” filling machines. 

For this, Vitop offers a special gland that will resist high steam sterilization temperatures for a short period of time (up to 100°C for 5 seconds). This gland for aseptic applications can be used either with the Standard Vitop tap or the version of this tap with an extra seal placed over the pouring hole. Many customers using this special gland do also require the extra option of a foil seal over the pouring hole of the tap.
