Rigid Container Adapter
The standard Vitop tap can be fitted to a rigid plastic container with a special adaptor
The barrel of the standard Vitop tap is snugly pushed into the adaptor which is then screwed onto a rigid container with a standard 32 mm neck finish.
A second fitment must be placed on the container, allowing the entry of air during the pouring process.
This system is only appropriate for rigid containers filled with liquids that are not highly oxygen sensitive.
